Release, Renew, Reinvent
Release
When you release, you can make room for what’s next! How many times have you wanted to add to your plate, but it's already full? What about all those thoughts that float around your head that you can't seem to stop thinking about?
It’s time to take inventory. It is time to be honest about thoughts that only hurt you.
It is easy to let your thoughts take over your mind, over your heart. This will drain your confidence.
Here are a few questions that will help you release:
What harsh comments have you made about yourself?
What are things you say to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else?
How much time do you spend worrying about the future that you cannot see?
What about your situation do you wish you could change, but you don't know how?
First, identify what you want to release, and you will have the clarity you need to go from feeling stuck to unstuck. Release these ways of thinking and support yourself toward self compassion and success.
My specialty is to coach you into a relationship with yourself that creates acceptance and excitement about your life—free from blame and guilt.
Renew
Did you know you really do have a choice to fill your life with what you want? You don't have to settle with what you have. The power to have what you want is in your hands. Whether it's as simple as peace of mind or a day free from drama, you can have what you want. You can give yourself permission; it does not require luck. It is your time to replace the should's with wants. You can let go of an image and become authentic. You are more than good enough. You can be yourself, because perfect is boring (and impossible).
This is your time to discover who you really are. Renew your life to become your own person.
Here are a several assignments that will help you renew::
Take pause during the day and breathe.
Make a “cup of tea” to nourish.
What have you been keeping from the world and even yourself? Write this down.
Make a list of everything that you love.
I can help you trust that what you want will happen.
Reinvent
You can love you and your life. There's no need to be shy; what are your talents? You have strengths that can help you to emerge with a new career, a new routine, a new you. Be generous with yourself. Dream without limits. You can go on a journey to discover yourself, and it doesn’t have to be difficult.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
What is fun for you?
What makes you smile or laugh out loud?
Where do you spend time during the day that feels effortless?
What foods fuel your energy to do what you love?
Don't get bogged down with the details. It’s my job to help keep it simple as you reinvent yourself and how you’d like your life to look.
Thoughts to Ponder
& Next Steps
After reading through the three steps: Release, Renew, Reinvent, and answering all of the questions, do you still feel stuck?
Did you skip over any of the assignments or questions that seemed a little too hard to do, or maybe nothing specific came to mind?
If the answer is yes, I would love to invite you into a complimentary 30 minute chat with me to see where you feel stuck and to show you how my time-tested techniques have been helping women for over 2 decades. It might be the answer you’re looking for.
I have three openings this month. If you’d like to take me up on a complimentary 30 minute conversation to explore what’s next I’d be delighted to chat. I can be reached at mleeds1@gmail.com.
